Donna Fields called (no business name given) asked me to return the call reference number 440405 in regards to my student loan repayment. "Some things have recently changed" My student loan was repaid 5 years ago. Asked me to call 866-384-2332

I received same message. same reference number

I received same message from Donna Fields I was concerned she said something about my student loans and I was given the same reference number 440405

Received same call as others from Donna Field about student loans  number she left 866-384-2332  with reference number 440405 - she comes up on caller id as unknown

This must be a scam...donna fields called me too with a reference numb 440405

Ms. Fields appears to be a busy lady, I am guessing all the “recent changes” have the federal student loan industry up in arms.  Absolutely no sarcasm in my comments ;)

Same as all the folks above except I'm 64, haven't taken any college courses in 40 years (which was paid for by my employer).

same call from Donna Fields and same reference number. She  must get a bonus each time that code is used! I graduated in 1981 so my loans were paid off many years ago.

I received a call from Donna Fields and was given the same reference#. She left a message on my work phone

Received call and voicemail from Donna Fields (no company name given) regarding federal student loan repayment with "recent changes". Call back number 866-384-2332 and reference number 440405. I graciously gave them a call back to advise they called an attorney's office. A gentlemen (Mr. Salvador) apologized and hung up. I was pleased at how quickly our student loan repayment issue was quickly resolved. :)

Same as all the above.  We're senior citizens.  Same Fields name, same reference no.  And hey, did you ever pick it up to tell them you are on the do not call list.  You can't.  Donna does not stop speaking AT ALL.  What a scam.  One of these days, I'll call 866 384 2332 and reference no. 440405 and tell them they are being recorded and will be reported to the proper authorities.

Just got it,same exact deal. She left msg. Have to admit, they hired a good actor, good professional voice, sounds legit BUT not!

I received the same call with the same information as everyone else.  I've never had a student loan in my life. Wonder what the end game is.  Why are people so shady.  🤨

I just got the same exact message from her. And the exact same reference number. Definitely a scam. I called the number and some guy answered asking if I was calling about my loan at almost 8 at night. I hung up.
