this phone number was on our caller ID, When I called it back it rang
and rang, then some "rough" sounding male voice said "leave a message".
needless to say I did not ! Anyone else get a call from this "bogus" number ?

I have received calls from this number several times a days for months now, most of the time no one is on the other end until tonight, finally a rude man on the phone was insistant that he had the right number and insisted on the name of susposidely the resident's attorney & that this number was given to him by the Dallas County accesor's office.  He not only had the wrong phone number, the wrong name and the wrong address and then someone looked up our number and then had our names correctly & then hung up!

I have been receiving calls from this number. I got a call from the number on 10/29/09 and the guy on the other end asked for Devon Williams and i told him he had the wrong number. He said he had the right number and i told him again he had the wrong number and once again i told him he had the wrong number and told him to blow it out his ass with a few choice names after that. 30 seconds later i got the same call and it started with him saying take my name and number down or are you able to read and write. i asked for his boss and he told me he was the boss. I threw a few choice words at him and hung up. This may be Zwicker & associates as i have been getting harrasing calls from them.

this telephone number is used by a collection agency that uses out of date information to try to find people who still owe money on old accounts that they have bought.  There are federal regulations in place regarding the practice of calling once you have told them the person does not live there.  If you have told them the person does not live there and is not at you phone number and that they are not to call you again, then they are harrassing you and you should seek legal assistance.  Look up the fair credit act.
