I called this number  back and it says Continental. Funny thing is, they called my boss, not me. She sent me an email telling me that they had called her and wanted me to call the plaintiff's number. I don't even know how they got her home number in the first place. I guess they are just too scared to deal with me.

Samething here. Any idea of who this is???

I got the same call and they are threatening to detain me at work.  This was a supposedly payday loan that I took back in 2005.  They said they've been sending me written notices.  I haven't received any plus they had my previous address.  Bad thing is that they have all my personal information like ss#.  Anyone know how true these people at "Continental" are? They said if I didn't call them back to arrange payments that they were going to file papers to have me detained.  They wanted me to make arrangements on the spot for something I don't remember about.  I told them to send me something in writing and he said he can't do that, he could only email.  I told him that he expects me to pay for something I don't even remember if its legit? I told him for all I know I could be calling a scammer in India.  Its hard to believe that they can just come up to my job and detain me without giving me anything in writing.  I'm not buying it.
