the number +8668344466 keeps calling me, if you hit redail it says invalid number. However; if you dial the number without the + symbol first, a message comes on that says "the number you have dailed has new information, to get this information dial star now, data rates may apply." There is a long pause, then it says "if you dail star you are opting in to receive information, a monthly rate of $9.99, and $0.30 a message will apply, please dail star now"

I have gotten 4 calls from this number yesterday and today.  I am on the Do Not Call List.  I am going to report this number to them.

I started getting calls from this number.  The only company I have given my number to in the last week was time warner cable when I called to check the price of internet service.  Suddenly within hours of that I am getting calls from whatever scam this is.  Gee I wonder who may have sold my number and personal information....
