    I received a call from the same man, Paul Jacobs from CCS.  Don't know if it was a scam or not, but he had all of my personal information and had pulled my bureau.

    Definately a collection agency...they give you a reference number ask several questions and will not tell you any information if you are not the person they are asking for.  They are calling our office for one of our employees that works in the evenings.  They did "slip" one day and ask me if he owned the company and they were not an attorney..strange in itself
