It happened to me too.  Just now, left me a voicemail and said "allegations" were filed against me.  That I'm being served by one on the local counties.

Likely an extortion scammer pretending to be a debt collector. It wants to frighten you into paying money to make the fake lawsuit go away. To find out about lawsuits, contact your local court system. If there is a lawsuit filed against you, it will be on the docket. I bet you will find none.

I got a call from him as well. I have been trying to clear up my credit and have received numerous calls in the past and was always told i need to pay this crazy amount of money to get it resolved. Allen worked with me on the loan amount and all in all i now have my matter resolved and didnt have to pay all the penelties and interest i have been told in the past i owe.

Maybe you should go and try to scam people somewhere else.

Have received numerous calls.  Ask for name of company and address.  Ask for VOD.  send cease and desist letter.  Turn phone number to state attorney general and BBB
