United Healthcare

United health community plan.  Why not they display their name ?   Called ID shows "unavailable".    I called the number back--the automated system answered--asked about my plan -- whether I am going to schedule an appointment to see a doctor in
a day or next week?  I told "don't know".  Then I hang the phone.  
I don't want to deal with these kind of automated calls.   If I am sick I will call and find a doctor.  

UHC Community Plan, which I have been very thankful for.  After entering my Confirmation Number, the message asked me if I want to schedule an appointment and to select when I would do so.  My next appointment will be with my Cardiologist, but will be another month or two in the future.  It is, however, nice to know that I still have coverage as my Disability Case is still under Appeal Review.

Solicitation for services. Automated message every week. Stop calling and disrupting my day!

My husband and I get these phone calls 2 to 3 times a day and on our cell phones! I totally agree with Baltimore G

Leave us alone supposed telemarketers! We hate you people and how you get our cell phone numbers is beyond me- it's harassment 😢

I receive a call  today from  866-384-6171 claiming to be United Health Care Community Plan. When I contact UHC and gave them the reference # they provide, they claim that they have no record of the phone call or the reference #.  It look like there a scam.

A call from United Health Care community plan with a health care reminder about making an appointment for your annual exam with your doctor. Not a scam, a legit call. Called back and went through the prompts, no information was asked for.

Stated it was United Health Care Community Plan. When I called United Health Care they had no idea what I was taking about. Reference number on my voicemail is not valid. United Health Care took information date/time of call/ phone number I was given. Stated it may be a scam. If they call back again to notify them asap.

Everyone saying it's a scam is not that bright. It's UHC calling to remind you to schedule your annual wellness check up. Not everything is a scam people! What could they possibly scam you for? Your well being? Sheesh....

For those saying it's not a scam, you need to search this number a bit more and any other 866 number. First of all if it was legitimately UHC, they would send you piece of mail to your home reminding you that it's time for your annual checkup. Secondly, if you ARE due for a check up; your doctor will typically remind you of this anyway. 3rd, they've called and left an automated voicemail 3 times. It always says "This is your healthcare provider", never says which company they are in specific and they never actually say my name then rattle off a reference number for me to call back with. If it was legitimately UHC, they would state as much and they would also say YOUR name and ask you to return their call. However as I stated in the beginning; they normally send you mail and don't call you for any reason. Thus it's a b.s. call ... they're collecting something whether you realize it or not. Could be validating your phone to see if you answer it so they can hand it over along with many others to a robo list for telemarketing or other stuff. So don't think that you calling them back or answering isn't scamming you for something. Read the few people that claimed that when they called UHC directly; they had NO knowledge of it and that it sounds like a scam. Don't call people dumb or slam them because they are suspicious. You should be too. Healthcare Providers are much like the IRS in that they don't call you, they send mail to your home that you can then opt to call them.

Received a recorded message from this number yesterday claiming to be from UHC, using my name, giving a 7 digit code and asking me to call back.  I called the number on my UHC card instead, and spoke to someone who used the code to look for issues and researched anything under my name.  He found nothing and noted on my account that I had called back.  Today I received another call.  Something seems fishy about this.

Same bogus robocall as the 3 I got last month from 866-428-4776.  It apparently starts playing the message during my voicemail greeting & all I end up with is a 6 sec message (mostly silnce) saying, "... please say yes or no after the chime [chime]" then disconnects.  I'd called UHCCP after the other calls (seeing here that it claims to be them).  They did not confirm/deny it was them but they supposedly put me on a "do not disturb" list.  Right after that, the same calls come from a different number?  Smells fishy to me.

Robo call Claimed to be United Health Care, keep asking for my DOB to verify my identity.

That would be unless you.... don't have UHC? Which a number of them have stated.

Keep getting robo called by this number. Got a patchy voicemail the first time and now when I try to answer the call, it is just automated and eventually recites the same message left in my voicemail. Its obnoxious. If it IS UHC, then get an actual person to call me cause this automated service is horrible.

Received a call from this number asking for a name I do not know with a confirmation number to cb. Supposedly United Healthcare Community Plan must be a robocall to get working numbers because this is a new number I just got. The cb number 866-384-6171 is automated answering machine.

Most people here say that the call is from United Health care or UHC, I called the United number I have and explained what happened and they told me that phone is not ours ....
