A guy from this number called and asked if I was some girl (forget name) and I said he had the wrong number, then he asked me if I had some hotmail address that was suppose to be that girls and again I said no.  Then he said his name was Joe and asked if I had any credit problems or needed any credit help and told me that he handled that sort of thing. I said no thanks and that I didnt have credit problems.  I called the number back later. The voicemail said it was Joe with Credit Solutions. I think he was phishing? Is that possible?

just keeps calling my cell. no message
