The number came up as "blocked" on my cell, but the person leaving the message referred to this ph #.  Called asking for someone I didn't know and gave a claim #.  Sounded threatening, as if legal action were going to be taken, so I called them back to let them know that the person they were asking for was not at this ph#.  The man proceeded to argue with me, asking how would they have gotten the name and ph#?  Uh, duh..have you ever heard of identity theft?   He was a complete ass, so long story, short, I told him if I continued to get calls to my PERSONAL cell ph, I would be reporting him and his agency to the AG of Texas.  Enough said, JERK!!
