got voicemail. claming it was a collections call.
called back but NO ONE ever picks up.
just music playing.  I know for a fact
that a collection agencies are always eager to
answer your call and get your money.
so the fact that this place never picks up the phone
and talks to you and all you hear is music
AND automated never states what company it is
and just puts you on hold makes this VERY suspicious.

another note.
I suspect this may be a 866 toll free number scammers use
so they don't have to give out their real number when they want to
get money from you.  It never states company name and all it does
is give you hold music.  Therefore, any person trying to
extort money from you could call you but leave this 866 number as
the call back so you can never know how to get hold of them.
They can call you but you can't call them.
