OK cool... in that case I will need the VIN for your vehicle for the bank to run and for the check to get processed you will have to fax the bank the front and back of the title for the vehicle... It should take a couple hours for them decide and they will get back to me and send the check once its approved... check will be overnighted. the check will be made to the pjerson whose name is on the title... Thank you... I know its a bit of a runaround...

I work for USAA and this si the exact process that is needed to buy a vehicle from an indiviual! reason why..

1st: to make sure its a clear title
2nd: make sure its not salvaged
3rd: make sure name on check matches name on title.

Hey me 2 I have a chevy as well and same thing happened to me just yesterday the guy wanted all those things  did by any chance the guy tell you where hes from
