every day I get a call from them asking for me by my name than hangs up. I am on a do not call list and constantly get calls from them. I want it to stop

I also received these repeated calls which did not leave any message. I called the number and it is the proxy services for Oppenheimer funds who when I called the number to complain apologized and said the automatic dialer is the problem.  Because I am an owner/customer of these funds I was automatically opted-in.
They offered and said they would add my number to their internal do-not-call list. (866) 387-7321 was the number that called me and I called back to complain.

I just got a call from this number at 2:30 3/28/14. said it was the proxy id service of investors' bank

This is the proxy verification number from Investors' Bank which used to be Roma Bank, which wants to merge with Gloucester County Federal. I told the young woman as a result of the way the bank is handling this I'm voting no. (No messages left on my VM and I've received about about 5-6 calls in past 2 weeks)

I have received numerous calls from this number recently, to my do-not-call-listed cell phone number. I have no idea who it is, and they never leave a message.

I tend not to answer calls which do not list the organization.  I know that Investors savings bank is involved in mergers at this time and it may calling stock holders to vote or to verify voter's identity.

I have been receiving at least 2-3 calls PER DAY from this number.  They never leave a message.  I am on the DoNotCall List so why am I getting these calls.  I need for it to STOP!!!!!!!!

You are correct. They mailed out a packet to account holders of Investors Bank earlier in the year. It contained the proxy vote sheet and annual report. I asked at the bank and they told me if I had filled in the sheet and responded the calls would not have happened. It was triggered by a deadline and their system has to make a "good faith effort" to reach all account holders. I said why not just contact me with the known bank number? Or leave a message explaining? If it is that important. But I honestly do not think the guy knew what he was talking about.
