This company is tied to Check Mate Express payday loans, amoung other companies, and unless you have the card number, you cannot get through the automated system to actually talk to an operator. However, I did manage to figure out two people in the corporate company directory with last name beginning with Smith---. I don't know the extension, but you can reach them by selecting 4 for the company directory and then type 76484# (spelling SMITH), then press 1 or 2 for a Heather Smith or Austin Smithers, respectively.
With a company hiding behind an automated menu that doesn't allow you to talk to a live person without all the "proper" information, it makes me wonder what else they are hiding.
I am attempting to cancel my card with this corporation and they make it easy to get the card and impossible to cancel it. If you don't use the card for months and don't have one of their fee plans setup, you get charged even when you don't use the card and the first time you put money on the card, it ends up taking money off the card for those months that you didn't use it. What a scam!
If I find a better way to talk to someone human, I'll be sure to update this information. - passthebucksomething about a tax file. I didn't use any company and maybe they were looking for private information. didn't answer call, but was sent to voicemail and I didn't save it.
- CrazyLadyT| 5 repliesNo person but an electronic message from NetSpend - which offers prepaid visa/MC accounts. Basically an automated message stating their service change due to changes by Visa and Mastercard.

- kevin replies to Timothycan i got other same account number of card by prepaid in the furture and let me know ?
- grammajinx| 5 repliesI'm getting texts from this company "Netspend and ACE Anytime" telling me "$475.31 available after $302.75ATM withdrawal using your Netspend and ACE card ending in 2600 on May 7 at 12:01 PM."
I don't have a Netspend and ACE card.
Next message stated: "$376.51 available after $10.44 purchase at MONEYTREE STORE 553 HIGHLAND CAUS on May 7 at 12:55 PM with your NetSpend and ACE card ending in 2600."
Sounds like someone sent money Western Union somewhere. Overseas maybe? Nigeria maybe?
I don't know who's getting scammed & ripped off but I don't think it's me. My credit already sucks so I doubt anyone used my info to GET credit and this is apparently a pre-paid credit card - of which I have none - so I'm not sure exactly who's getting ripped off, but I don't think it's me.
I finally answered the damned thing just to get em to stop bugging me with "No" at which it prompted me to use the correct codes, providing them, and I texted back to tell it to STOP the notifications. So far, no more random text messages.- Caller: NetSpend and ACE credit card
- Call type: Text message
- Misty replies to grammajinxThey give text alerts to their customers everytime they use their card sounds like someone put the wrong number when they signed up for text alert alert feature
- Brandi replies to grammajinxThe same exact thing was happening to me. I've never heard of NetSpend or ACE. I've never used any of their services. I don't know why I'm getting these text messages from them.
I used your advice and texted STOP and they sent a text back stating they will discontinue this service. - Mike replies to DelliahI applied for a paypal prepaid master card and when i went to activate it and they said they needed vitrify my identity and i sent a copy of my id and 30 min later this number called me.
- C DesmetSending multiple text messages regarding paypal purchases on a supposed card of mine, which I have never heard of.
- Caller: ACE Elite card
- john dyson replies to Delliahi need the direct deposit app downloaded to #5413102319.but my username and password are all messed up.
- sapphire replies to DelliahI haven't recive my net spend card they mail on 16 of this month why I haven't got my card
- Ronald H| 3 repliesNetspend is the biggest con yet. They take your money even when you give them legitimate information, telling you that there connection with the Social Security administration failed to verify the information they gave you so that the either keep your money or collect interest on it. It is sad to me that our government supports such a criminal enterprise.

- Don B.| 1 replyGot several phone calls from this number. Don't know what they want. I DO NOT use this sort of garbage for credit card use. It is always press 1 and I can bearly make out the Net Spend card part.
- Caller: Credit Card?
- Mike replies to grammajinx| 1 replyExactly what I was looking for. Thanks for posting this, it solved my problem.
- Valentina replies to grammajinxYeah, same thing has been happening to me. Never heard about Netspend before. I just texted STOP and they said they would discontinue the service. Even though the card number they were mentioning is not mine, I still don't feel comfortable with this whole thing and with the fact that in some way they got my phone number. I keep checking my bank account to see if there's any difference. So far so good, I'd like to hear people experience after a while of discontinuation of the service: has anything sketchy happened to you?
- mark| 1 replyThis company has committed federal mail fraud and bank fraud. They are being investigated by local and federal authorities. Be careful.
