    I ordered free government kit and was charged $79.86 plus international fees that come up to $3.43 and I have still not received anything from these people. How do I cancel this and get my money back?

    Nancy, you are plainly lying. You charged my VISA without I even calling to place an order.  That is plainly illegal appropriation and is a federal felony offense due to its interstate nature.   I just called your number 866-396-2729 and the call center agent first asked what was the toll-free number I was calling about, an obvious sign of the type of operation you are running.  Then I asked to be transferred to your security or fraud prevention department, and of course that was not possible.  I asked and the agent said that the name of the company is World Class Fitness and that you are based in New York.  Well, the fraud is not only related to 866-396-2729, but also with other toll free numbers like 866-878-1512, 866-676-4122, and 888-948-5508.  All of these are related to companies with names like Jun Pure Clense, Jun Health Clense, Printine Health, Ultra Fresh Well and others related to diet pills, teeth whitening, health fitness pills.  
    I advised Citibank/VISA of the fraud so they can shut your merchant account and will ask our telephone company to block all of your numbers so other unsuspecting callers don’t get scammed.  I will check which is the local exchange carrier and the “Responsible Organizations”,  as defined by the FCC, to whom these toll free numbers have been assigned.  And, of course, I will contact the authorities with competent jurisdiction will be advised of the scam you are perpetrating.  Hopefully they will catch you and shut you down before you flee with the money.

    Do you know where the Elite Pack is out of.  My attorney told me to put a complaint in thru the better business bureau in that state in order to get my 24.95 back.  My husband bought that Acai Slim stuff too.

    called my debit card/bank & they explained what i found here...they said they would reverse the charges since i caught them while they were still pending but that they might still try to charge it so i have to watch my account over the next few days.

    Am currently trying to get $79.86 back from my Visa debit card. ELITEPACK 8663962729 CY charged my card and I have no idea how they obtained my information. My Credit card company told me that it will take 90+ days to get my $ back if I can at all.  There are several complaints about this company posted all over the internet! I have contacted the FCC and tomorrow morning will contact the company, but with the above complaints i am worried!

    Hey guys n gals I have the same issue--ordered AcaiBurn as well.  I expected the ~$80 charge since I couldn't return it in time, but I, like you, also made sure they cancelled and they assured me that no other charges would take place.  Here I am just charged ~$25.00 2 days ago. This phone number on my statement. Not only am I going to dispute this charge with my bank (because they're mist certainly not authorized to make this charge), I will follow up with a BBB complaint as well.  If we come together and complain about them they will eventually go under.

    Exactly the same story here; now I just got a replacement card as I reported it having an 'unauthorised' transcation (elite pack) but credit card people say I have signed up with a subscription! No details though and acaiburn website is no longer there either, no way of contacting anyone! what a complete scam! I will have to cancel the card, but don't the credit cards pass on things like that, addresses etc? don't want to be chased I d rather take it to court, honestly!

I ordered off a site just to pay a shipping charge of 2 or 3 bucks for something or another Success Kit , then was taken to the page to fill out my details then shock horrors I notice on my bank statement Visa Purchase O/Seas 11Nov

    Of course I cancelled my debit card.
