Got a few calls from this number while was away from my office. No message was left, and when I tried to return the call I got fax tone.

Try to send them fax to this number with a request to be removed from their list.

Receive calls from this number and nobody is on line would like to be removed from list. My number is 927-372-2784

These folks have called me nearly every month asking to update my subscritpion information to something like "Government Computer News".  I never had (nor do I want) a subscription from them.  

When I ask to be taken off their calling list, they simply hang up.

Most of the time when I pick up there is no one on the line. It could be a way for them to test when it is the best time to call you and have a rep talk to you. I talked to a rep from them about a week ago I asked the rep to hold on for 1 sec. and he did for about 1 min then finaly hanged up.

Every day I receive at least one call, sometimes more, and it's ALWAYS when I'm in the middle of something.  This is a place of business, so I don't ignore any calls.  When I answer, it disconnects.  Today I decided this is ENOUGH.  I tried to call it back to complain... and behold !!  It's a stupid fax machine that answers.

This is rediculous and we should be able to get it to stop!!

I receive calls from (866)400- 1444 two or three times a day. No luck calling them back as the line is always busy. They only let the phone ring twice and then disconnect so my guess is it's an auto dialer from some pathetic marketer.

Repeated calls from this number to a federal government office.

THIS NUMBER CALLS ME SEVERAL TIMES A DAY.  WHEN YOU CALL IT BACK IT SAYS "WERE SORRY THIS NUMBER IS NOT IN SERVICE PLEASE CHECK THE NUMBER OR TALK TO YOUR OPERATOR"

PUT THEM IN JAIL!!!!!!  PLEASE ....

I have received so many calls form this number, that I am changing my cell phone number

This stupid thing calls my cell too.
Next time it happens, I'm gonna send them a 1,000 page fax
with "GO TO HELL!" in white written on black paper
(you know what it'll do, drain out their toner/ink and paper, haha)

Same issue with me. A girl asked me my name. I asked who is calling? She hung up. When I dialed back it was a fax number. They are routing all inbound calls to a fax.

Anyone with a WAR dialer? Please attack without mercy!

At work call came at 10:04 AM and rang about twice. No voicemail or anything.

These [***] call me twice a week,and no human on other side. When I call it back it is either busy or get a friggin fax tone!!!!!!!! Send the [***] to Iraq with a big bullseye on their backs!!!!!

The number is used by Washington Technology which also has Government Computer News. Just for s**ts & grins I faxed several using this number and they turned their fax off after several(will probably turn it back on again). ALSO: you can call Washington Technology (1-888-685-8633) and tell the woman what problem(harassment!!) you are getting and she will take your phone and fax # off the lists(so she said). I have been peppered with calls from 1-866-400-1444. After much investigation I have learned that the calls originate from a company that provides subscription servces for multiple magazine. They themselves are not the publishers. they are just a room full of telephones and names/numbers to call.

Want to stop the calls from 866-400-1444??

Call ArkTeleServices at 800-898-5367. Ask to be removed from all call lists.

I spoke with the floor manager on dutu (don't waste time with a grunbt).  In my most irate tone I explained to her that, after receiving hang-up calls from them for days and days, that I was at wits end. She removed me from all lists and gave me her direct number (which I've posted here)
