Been getting calls, but won't leave detailed message.

Caller refused to give reason for call.

This guy claimed I have or once had a Capitol One credit card and refused to shut up.  I told him I was on the no-call list and he claimed it wasn't an ad. He "wanted to protect my credit rating" or some such crap. I finally had to scream (over his incessant babbling) that I have never had a Capitol One CC and he's an idiot!

These people from this number are RUDE!! They asked for my husband and I said he wasnt here. She asked when he would be...of course not knowing who they REALLY are, I said he comes home different times nightly. Her response "what kind of wife dosent know when her husband will return?"

Answered the phone and they began babbeling in what i am pretty sure is fake chinese. Probably a prank caller.

This is a collection company that is illegally trying to get information on you or someone else that has a Citibank or ATT Universal credit card. They are illegally trying to collect the money for Citibank or ATT Universal, possibly without their knowledge. They are very threatening. DO NOT TALK TO THEM, THIS IS A SCAM.

If you don't know who they are, how do you know they are collecting illegally and without the knowledge of those companies?
