I get at least one of these calls a day for somebody who I do not know. They are calling my cell phone and leaving messeages. However, the call back number they leave doesn't work and they don't leave any other way to get hold of them. I don't even know how to contact them and ask them to stop.

They called here twice today. They are rude, making threats, and hanging up. The first call, they said we are being sued today, at the courthouse in our county, unless we agreed to send money. We called the courthouse & that was a lie & the case number they gave us was also false. It was supposed to be on an old bill from many years ago, that we are not aware of. The second call, a woman (Jennifer) was rude, said she'd keep calling back, and hung up. Said she was from 'Silverman & Borenstein  Attorney's at Law office. I don't know if there really is a very old bill out there, or it is a scam.... but they are pushy & trying to scare us into giving them money for something. If they are legit, I don't think that what they are doing is legal.

I keep getting messages for a person that I do not know.  I called the above number to report this but keep getting put on hold.  I finally emailed them and hope this stops.
