Recorded message saying they are w/ Humana and that my services have been approved, but this does not guarantee coverage for them. I googled phone number and it says the call is a scam.

The ID read "Toll Free Call" and a robovoice said, "Please say yes or no is this [botched pronunciation of my name]".  I hung up and blocked the number.

Caller id showed Toll Free Call. Voicemail message left by a male computer voice asking for my husband - using my husband's first name. They did mention they were HUMANA - which I am sure it is just a SALESMAN trying to sell us other products. I will not call them back nor answer Toll Free Calls. Scam/Fraud Call.

The CNAM portion of the Caller ID is put there by your phone carrier and not the caller.  Most likely that means that your phone carrier was too cheap to pay the DIP fees to check the database for who is calling.

Two calls from Toll Free Caller - one on 9/26 & 9/28 2023 at 4:36 p.m. and 9:48 p.m. Left message on 9/26 saying they were HUMANA asking if this was Joe - reply YES or press one. Believe this to be a Fraud/Scam call hunting for personal information.

Claims to be Humana  but pushes other services.

Toll Free Call has been blocked - no message left. Google says it is a SCAM/FRAUD call pretending to be HUMANA.

TFC on a Saturday - Humana Scam Call - blocked. Google says it is Cohere Health and to report it to the FCC. Scam/Fraud call.

Male computer voice saying he doesn't recognize my number and I must put in the 7-digit number that was given to me in a voice mail - which I did not receive. The call was from a Toll Free Number. Believe this to be another scam/fraud call. Google says the phone number is from Cohere Health. Don't know them and never contracted w/ them.

This where you take the time to look into what the call was about instead of simply glancing at the results page.  By visiting the one site I see that it is a call telling you that the doctor's orders were approved.  I then went to the site for that company and found out that is what they do.  Amazing how much useful information you can find if you try.

Call woke me up. Supposedly from Humana. So mad I wasn't thinking when I said yes to verify my name. They rattled off a number for an upcoming authorization. I checked my humana account afterwards, number isn't real. I had hung up after the number was given so not sure what they would have said after that.

I got a phone call didnt answer (was in the shower). They left a message saying this is cohealth calling on the behalf of your Insurance (humana). To inform me service my doctor has requested have been approved. Etc etc etc... I have been waiting going on a week for my doctor to call me back for a ultrasound to get done and heart monitor getting placed. I did looking up saw this was a "scammed number". BUT about three four hours later i get a phone call from my doctor saying everything been approve and can move forward. I now have a doctor apt Wednesday for ultrasound and a cardiac heart monitor being placed. So know this is not a scam number this is a legit number. But instead of talking to them i would wait for the doctor to call you. Or you know you been waiting for a phone call from your doctor about a approval. If you get this call just know its been approve and be ready for a doctor phone call

Not Humana, but person(s) posing as Humana to get your information, and scam you.

866-4.3-5512, called 2 times  (1st) call left message advising me that my procedure has been approved by Humana. (2nd) call I made misake  an answered as they, asked for me to confrim my name by answering  yes (I had forgotten the rule of not saying yes) then  they rattled off a confrimation # stating that Humana had approved my procedure that, I could check with the # on back of my card for addtional information

There is no rule about saying yes.  If there was then you would never, ever be allowed to say it anywhere on the planet or even in outer space.

They always say never say yes because they can use that and apply to other things and say you agreed to it… I don't know if that's true or not but just for future reference
