We have been receiving calls from this number for about a week for an ex employee, I called them and gave them the number, they were able to tell me who they were calling.  I asked them to please remove the number and said they would.  We will see if this works.  The lady was very polite!!!  It is a collection company.

Amen, they start calling the day after your payment is due...even though you have a 10 day window before it is technically late!! WTF? Even though the payment has been sent, and they haven't checked their PO box...they continue calling. I asked the same thing...why can't they set up an online payment! Funny thing is, I got some furniture from Ashleigh Home store during one of their promos, no interest for 2 years and that is financed through GE...AND I pay it online! I have tried entering my other GE acct number and it won't take it! So [***]...this is the age of electronic payments...join us, won't you?

Continue to receive calls from this number.  May be a telemarketer. If a debt collector, I do not owe anyone.  Receive 4 to 5 calls per day.  I have ask them to stop but they continue.  This is a harassment call to me.  This is a company phone.

GE Money sucks.  They will not stop calling even if you ask them to.  They do not respond to anything.  Unfortunately they will never stop calling until they actually receive a payment.  I have asked them to note my acocunt of a payment and they would claim to do so, but the calls kept coming until they actually had the payment.  They are totally uncaring and unwilling to work with the consumer.

Not surprising.  They call anywhere from 8:30am to 9pm.

I would swear it's a bounty hunter or something. I got calls from them for over a month. Finally I talked to someone and they were looking for a friend. I asked how my name got tired up work his and they wouldn't say. I know for a fact I want used as a reference because we're not that kind of friends.

GE keeps calling 5-7 times a day and does not leave a message.  very annoying.

Tired of these calls! Please stop!

Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.

they call every day ... i answer no one talks, then finally someone says hello like six or seven times i respond they hang up. Today they called and said please hold we are connecting you to a representative. I didnt call them first.  so annoying!!!

I have never done business with these GEMB. I have never even heard of them. They would have absolutely no reason to be calling me.

It is ge money and they do not have a grace period with any of their loans.. Not a one day grace perod!

It's Synchrony Bank.  They finance for Yamaha. They call all hours of the night and in Sundays!

They handle credit for a lot of places.  As to calling all hours of the night, anything past 9 pm is a no-no.  They can however legally call any day of the week.  The problem is that they are a first party collector and are not subject to the FDCPA.  You may have other rights under state law.  You can also file a complaint against them with the CFPB
