    I cancelled my XM a couple months ago & have recently been receiving calls from 866 409-4196.  I guess it's XM.  They never leave a message & now that I know its XM, I'm not going to answer.  Bye Bye XM.  Too many free options on the internet to listen to music to be paying for XM.

    I called to cancel XM radio and they said, "Oh, we can give you 2 months free..." I immediately responded, nothing is free in this world of greed, so if you don't remove my credit card from your files and stop my subscription immediately, I will sue you..." I also had to do the same with OnStar...

    I have never seen such a more inept group of people.  I have been have been getting call from them non-stop.  One caller said I had a credit of 17.99 and that if I paid a little more, I could five months for $24.00.  I said no, please refund the money to my credit card.  I also asked to be on the do not call list.  I still got some calls.  

    Today, I get a call from a rep who is telling me that I had a $17.99 credit on my account.  He then proceeded to tell me about the five month offer.  I then proceeded to ask him about the credit and getting put on the do not call list.  Neither of those actions were done.

    When I said all I wanted was the refund they transferred me to a group that could fulfill my request.  The next department I spoke with could not even find my account by the number they called me at.  They were asking if I had even had an account with XM.   I said you called me, so you have to have information somewhere.  How stupid can you get.   It took them 15 minutes to find my account information.  

    Need to see if the refund and do not call were initiated today.

    Canceled my sub to XM 3 months ago, continued to get charged. Called back in and explained my situation to a rep that I could not understand. He then insisted that they could not cancel my account because I did not provide them with a reason for leaving. I then fabricated a story about my house being destroyed by a fire and yada yada yada. The rep then said "sorry to hear that, I will make sure to get this taken care of for you." Shame you have to lie to these people to get what you want out of them.

    About 3 weeks ago from today I started getting these calls from this number. I just figured I was behind on my student loans or something. After checking my statements I confirmed that I was current on all my debts. After about a week of non stop calling 3 times a day I decided to google the number. Hats off to the developer of this site.... Great Idea and very useful.

    My resolution to the issue was a bit different. I was unable to make the calls stop through the official number. I had to log back into my XM radio account and change my contact information. I used a google voice number that you can make for free. I then blocked the 3-4 numbers they were using 1 by 1 as they came in. And what do you know..... no more calls.

    I even went one step further and put $5 on a pre-paid visa card, and changed my billing information. Ill be damned if they rando charge my card!!!!

    Called this number, talked to a rep and was taken off the call list. I canceled my XM because I bought a new Ford truck and it came with Sirius. He said there was no reason for me to be on the call list in the first place.

    OMFG....Even though i'm ALL paid up they will NOT stop calling me at all hours af the day. I cant take it anymore. And they never leave the message, and often times when i have answered to ask them why they are calling so much or who is it....no one is there..... Glad to figure out who it is.
    But at the same time very annoyed, this alone may be my reason for cxl my XM!!!!

    THEY ARE POND SCUM, CALLS STARTED FOR ME AFTER I CANCELED XM ALSO, I ANSWERED THE FIRST CALL, HE INSULTED ME AND HUNG UP BECAUSE I WOULD NOT SAY WHO I WAS WITHOUT FIRST TELLING ME WHO THEY WERE, SINCE I HAVE RECIEVED 3 CALLS EVERY DAY FOR 2 WEEKS NOW!!!!!!! I WOULD HAVE CONCIDIRED THE SERVICE AGAIN IF-WHEN MY JOB TAKES ME BACK ON THE ROAD BUT NOW ........... N E V E R !@@#$%^&*(*

    I received two calls. The first did not leave a message.  The second one I picked up only to hear my last name pronounced incorrectly by a male voice.  Then I heard a female voice laughing and she said "you totally started that call out wrong", then the call hung up.  Like others on this string I recently cancelled by XM account, thus I am sure the reason for the call.

    I had 2 XM radios and traded one car in. Dropped the XM radio account for the trade-in.  Now I get calls with no messages 3-4 times a day. I finally called them and the phone rep tells me that she does not know why I am being called. It took me almost a half hour to drop the radio that was in my trade-in. Today's call was 20 minutes. WTF is with these people and where did the customer service go? When I started up with XM they were a good company. Now, its all outsourced and ridiculous.  One more call I say goodbye to XM. Go ahead XM, make my day.

    I have never had XM EVER...These Bozo the Clowns keep calling me twice a day...Thank God for caller ID...What would we do without it ???...LOL...Now that I know who it is I'm going to answer & tell the off...Thanks :-)

    I traded in a car with XM and leased another one with a 3 month free trial. I was actually impressed with how easy it was to cancel the old account and how quickly my money was refunded. But now I'm receiving all these calls to renew even though I still have 2 months left on the trial period. The first call I received was so bad that I thought it was a phone phishing scam. The telemarketer was asking me for information that a legit company should already have (previous account #, etc.). They would have had a repeat customer if it wasn't for all the phone harrassment.

    I have been getting calls mornings, afternoons, evenings, Sundays from this number.  The one time I picked up, no one was there...all I heard was a clicking noise.  Today, family visiting answered the call and it jammed up my phone. They had to disconnect the phone line to get a dial tone back.  I too recently cancelled my subscription.  I can't believe that what they are doing is legal.  Can anyone say "Class action"?

    Update:  I called the 800-967-2346 number and asked them to remove me from ALL their contact lists...phone, email and snail-mail.  Will update if the contact continues.

    I retired my old tuner and got 2 new ones, which are activated and working, but the old one was still being billed, even after I called some time ago to cancel.  A recent call finally got the old one shut off, which was verified online.

    These NYC people are slimy, much worse than Comcast or Verizon.

    Fed up already
    Cancelled my XM because of of a billing error on their part.
    The calls have been coming in non stop since. Same thing, nobody on the line when you pick up.
    So I called that number back, hit zero for my choice, went right to a customer service rep, let him know to take my number off the call list and told him that the very next call that came in would be reported to the Maryland States attorney. (state I live in).
    And it will be.
    Maybe complaints to GM letting them know that we wont be buying GM cars until they get rid of the XM or they pressure XM into ceasing the irritation will work?
