Call coming into Customer Service business line and due to high volumes in the queue the calls are coming to agents lines and this is unacceptable. This is a business.  The debt collector needs to call the person on thier personal line or at home.

This is a scam. Once you answer, they start charging phone time. Should report this number to police.

They keep calling for an ex-friend of mine. Told them several times that I don't know  where she is. She used me/ my phone as a  reference  and now its like I owe the money. They also call from

Today by 4:30pm I have received over 10 calls from the above numbers and the 866-416-4959
This feels like I'm being harassed for a debt that doesn't belong to me.
Someone tell me how to make them stop!!!

called my mother in law not very good at understanding they scared her and she thought something was wrong. still wondering how they got her number.
