Called my mom about an old US bank account from ten years ago threatening court. Fake process server scam.  Names used Angela Walker, Sam Roth and  Steven Wilson... . Account out of statute of limitations..... Told him he should be ashamed of himself calling and old lady. ....If you call my mom again I will go through the chain of title and find out legitimate name of company. If you work at this company and are reading this tell your boss to buy some decent accounts... I'd be embarrassed calling accounts this old.....As an ex legitimate collector who knows the FDCPA like the back of my hand...if you call her again YOU WILL be hearing from my lawyer and it won't be a phone call. Might want to change your number and  google voice number too!  Believe me I know how and who to report you to...............

Received call from "Private Number". Visual voicemail shows 716-362-7946. They were supposed to serve me yesterday according voicemail received on 7/5/19. Never showed. Received call from same number 5 mins ago stating they couldn't make it yesterday due to personal reasons. And that they would be at my residence today during the same time frame. (3-5pm). Call the 716 number back and it rings indefinitely. Call the 866 number and it has a cellular sounding ring and man answers asking how he can direct your call. This is a scam. The caller sounds american and mumbles through her name and the name of the office to call. Don't be fooled!

Guy says his name is Jared Watson, independent process server, and will come between 3 and 5 pm today to serve papers. Leaves this number to call for more details. I’m not calling.

Got a call from 18664165590 saying they were coming to serve me today I called back n they don’t even say what company they r total scam they even called me by my maiden last name

Same information as the previous posts. I received a call from a Private Number twice. A Jared Watson left a message indicating he is serving me legal paperwork at my residence or place of work. There is no reason for me to get such a call let alone if someone is suing, the first order of action is to mail the document -- a person does not have to be present. Statements used in the voice message left were all threats designed to scare you. He left the number 866-416-5590 to call -- I'm not calling back as this is clearly a SCAM

Got a call from a Kevin Jones same info as above. Two days in a row. It’s becoming harassment now. And his tone of voice kind of scare me because he sound legit until I googled everything. I even called the ssa just to make sure all is good. How can this be stopped? I’ve gotten them before almost felt for their bill.

Scam, some guy called me and said he was going to service me legal paper work to my house. I asked him to confirm my address, he couldn't. I then said well if you would like to serve me legal paperwork feel free I have nothing to hide nor to I own anyone anything.

If anyone shows up to my private property I will be executing my 2nd amendment.

Same thing. T-Mobile account 8/yrs ago and 2 yrs past statute. Calls the whole family from 866 and 928 numbers. Says they are serving me papers. Looked at state and federal sites and no court cases civil or criminal. What a bunch of [***].
