Claims they are Nationwide bank. Called nationwide to verify. THIS FRAUD! they are NOT with Nationwide!

It really was nationwide bank. My mistake. Apparently they don't have all of the numbers of all of their divisions.

...perhaps not.  Scammers spoof numbers very easily these days, so if someone gets a call, allegedly from their financial institution, they are better off calling the number on the back of their debit card or from a bank statement....

I believe this is legit Nationwide Bank TN# because I got a call from it after making a large online purchase that didn't go through the first time...

Yes this is Nationwide bank and they give you a number to call with a case number because of recent activity on my debit card. Thanks Nationwide.

It is Nationwide Bank card fraud prevention.  I called and verified card purchases.  With my phone they already knew my card's last four digits.

This is Nationwide Fraud Prevention confirming a recent transaction on my debit card.

FRAUD! Got a text that I had fraudulent charges and to call back. Without thinking I did but got a bad feeling when I hung up and notified my bank.

A recording said I might have fraudulent charges on a card that they gave me 3 choices of a 4 digit number the card ends in. Of course it’s the weekend and I can’t call my bank to verify. My online account doesn’t show any descrrpancies. Fraud?

I'm not sure where you are located but today is Wednesday.  The weekend is still 2 days away.
