They are calling my daughter asking personal questions about her student loans and college applications.

Just called and hung up when the answering machine picked up. Caller ID says Unknown name.

Many calls over the last few months, hangs up when answer machine operates.

They asked for my husband who wasn't available.  They identified themselves as Academic Financial.  They wanted to consolidate his student loans (that was done 9 years ago).  They said they would update their records and not call again.  But I've heard that one from them before.

Asked for my college age daughter. Hung up immediately when I said she was not home.

Calls repeatedly, knew many personal things such as specific digits of ss#.  Wanted me to consolidate student loans.

Called and said HEY and then hung up.

The caller misrepresented themselves and said they were my financial advisor with my current federal student loans.  Then they asked if why haven't I consolidated!

called on our business line and asked for my son.  I told them he doesn't live here any more.

just got a call from them today, many multiple calls prior.  also receiving lots of calls from other "Loan consolodating companies".  Said they were Academic Financial.  Number was 1-866-416-6333.  This stuff is really starting to piss me off.  Even if it isn't for me, the fact i'm the only one home when they call is just annoying.  I have also told others that he isn't interested, already has paid his loans off, etc.  Makes me look forward to when I graduate in 2/3 years :(

They saved me thousands of dollars on my loans, once i stopped yelling at them.

They call all the time, while I am at work.  About 2 times per day for the past month, but never leave a message.  They should [***] off.

Didn't identify themselves. Asked for my husband and I asked what it was in regards to. She said a "business matter" and the best time to reach him. I told her if it was in regards to his student loans he didnt graduate until 2010. She asked again what time would be best to get a hold of him. Irritating phone call

Called and didn't really leave a message, it's like they didn't know the machine picked up. All I could hear was the caller chatting with his co-workers. They've called many times before asking for my roommate and they always say they'll call back later when I tell them she's not here. Thank goodness I started screening all my calls.
