Third call from these people! Saying Social Security hired them to help me go back to work!! BS!! I am 67, disabled for over 20 years!! I never answer the calls!!

Scam call purporting to be a company hired by SSA to help me earn unlimited money and still retain SSDI benefits. They call several times a week; I never answer, but they leave the same canned voicemail every time.

since when are we supposed to business over the phone? same thing as everyone else, i have and will continue to call them back repeatedly until they stop answering, trust me it is kind of fun.

Asked for my name (none of your business); Asked if I am on SSD (also none of your business) and finally claimed they got my phone # from SSA.  I phoned SSA who told me they NEVER phone a home nor do they EVER give out someone's phone #.  Calls from this # are a SCAM per SSA.  Report them to the FTC at https://www.ftc.gov/faq/consumer-protection/submit-consumer-complaint-ftc.

I am on disability and have a hard time holding down a job of any kind, I keep getting calls from these people, I refuse to answer and they always leave a message stating the same thing, that they are trying to get me to work and make as much money as I want and still receive full benefits from SSDI. That is not how it works in the real world, there are income limits when it comes to substantial gainful activity, if one goes over that said limit, Social Security will reduce benefit amount/and or terminate benefits.  A official notice will be sent out from SSA, stating why they are doing it.  I have learned this the hard way before, it is really difficult to get benefits back when that happens, but not impossible.

Been doing this for 30 years, the US keeps giving them business licenses.  They keep getting sued.
They are NOT lawyers.  They are NOT Ticket to Work.  They are NOT the SSA nor were they hired by the SSA.  They are straight-up scammers, liars, and terrible humans.
They work for co's who are forced to pay employees LTD or STD.  Employers don't want to pay that.  So they convince you to set up an SSA account, saying it will "pay more" and "not lower your LTD benefits."
All lies.
They have you set up a bank account, that you have NO access to, but Allsup has access.  Then they drain all of them money out of the account, paying your former employer and themselves.
This is who and what Allsup is.  They don't know you, they're not the SSA, they're not Ticket to Work.
They're foreign scammers allowed to rip-off Americans.

These people are scammers, they are pretending to be a legitimate company called Allsup Inc. They are imposters. The real Allsup does not do cold calls. Hang up and keep blocking them.
