    It's Verizon trying to solicite your business. We took the call and switched back to Verizon - only the billing  because they were lines owned by Verizion anyway. We have had NOTHING BUT TROUBLE WITH OUR LONG DISTANCE. Took 10 days to resolve. We are an international company and lost tons of business. Reps rude. Don't call back. All sweet as pie while they try to solicite you back and then they don't care.
