Debt collector & scam.  Calls from a different phone number & different state almost daily.

I'm at work and this number called left no message.  My phone did say "SPAM RISK", so I blocked it

I don't answer & block every new # they call me on.  They are trying to collect on a debt that is 11yrs old.  These idiots will never give up!

Called my cellphone.  I didn't recognize the number, so I didn't answer.  Possible scammer.
