"Hello, this message is for Megan. Megan, please call Dave at 866-429-8695. Again, this message is for Megan, please call Dave."

Called back... recording says "Thank you for calling Automated Accounts Management Services. A representative will be with you shortly."

I looked up the name through Google...  http://www.aams.biz/
First sentence on their website:  "AAMS is a Midwest-based collection agency specializing in managing accounts receivables for the healthcare community."

I called them back and I can confirm this is the agency as previously stated.

Non-computerized message left on voicemail asking for Phillip Goldstein to return the call to Cheryl. This number left for a response.

I have recieved calls from a different number from the same agency, although it was a law firm before (I have sadly forgotten the name).  I had the first two offending numbers blocked.  Most often, the message was a computerized recording.  The group is a fraudulent debt collection agency specializing in "insurance debt."

Most certainly 866-429-8695 is a collection agency. If you live in Canada you would NOT be receiving the call. They collect for Hospitals and Doctors. A vote for Obama moves us closer here in the USA to Universal health care. Thus eliminating calls from collectors of medical bills.

This is  a debt collector  for old medical debt. I called the hospital where I was  treated and they gave me the number to this collection agency!

Definitely a foreign individual I'm not sure what they were asking for very hard to understand something about a social security number and a birth certificate definitely a heads up I'm definitely call the police if possible and have this phone number traced
