    I've been getting automated calls from this and similar numbers every other day for a week.  They have a slight mispronunciation of my name and say if I am not this person I should hand up.  They then announce a 3 second silence, after which, they say that by remaining on the line I am admitting that I am the person in question and then say they are seeking payment of a debt.  I have no debts.  they say to call this number: (866-266-3301) and give me a control #.

    I am assuming it is a scam but I am not certain.
