Just received a letter with this phone number from Renaissance AX trying to collect a medical bill from 12/16/13 for $3,146.30.  Please advise.  Will keep the letter should you request it.  I can scan it and forward if you like.

I got one as well.  On close review the return address is

Note they missed a few vowels in the city name.
There is no company by this name in Farmingdale Ny

There are no businesses by that name in NY, but there is in New Orleans LA

What a scam!!

I also received a letter from them with a service date of 2 years ago (date fell on a Sunday) wanting over $800.00. They should really proof read the letters before they try to scam people.!

I got two bills that totaled almost 4000.00 dollars. It IS a scam. I never received the medical services they stated. I won't be paying it.

I received a letter, stating I owed $1425.78, and the only info they would give me was the name of a doctor I had never heard of. They refused to give any more information, such as appointment date, but gave me the corporate office number, where I had to leave a message, due to "large call volume."

I called a second time, and was asked for a different number on my statement, I then pointed, out their address was incorrect and this whole thing seemed like a scam. She then gave me my wrong insurance information and an incorrect birth date.

I got a letter dated 3/25/15 billing$1463.38 for lab charges incurred 16 months earlier. My name is misspelled and so is the town in their return address. The phone number referenced in this thread is also in the letter. The date of service does match the date of a medical appointment I had with a flaky clinic in NM with whom I now refuse to do business. Additionally, the company that was insuring me at the time is now out of business. Has my medical info been hacked?

My kids mother received a voicemail in regards to me and my name isn’t attached to her number and stated to give them payment information for my debit card to clear a debt of $1800 for a loan from 2013 haha and if I didn’t pay I would have to go to court and pay $8000. People need to get a life and stop trying to scam people

received a call saying I was being sued and i will be served for funds that i didn't owe, He had my ss# and my address. I don't know how he got my information.

Just got the same scam call. It referenced my County.   They mention two fake companies
      “This is an urgent message intended for ########## my name is Jasmine calling you from United processing services in regards of the complaint issue from Horry county if you have not received a notice regarding that matter please contact MST and associates at 866-4410730 along with the reference number 12075 it is urgent that they do speak with you or decision will be made once again this message is intended for ########## you have been notified…”.

I just received the same phone call today with a voicemail that was left saying the t was United processing service ,
Called the number back they gave me with reference number , had my social place of employment , my bank information and my address ,
Said I had a payday loan from Sept 2013 that was deposited into my bank account with all my information and when I told them I had pulled up my bank statement from 2013 and that was not true from a company called cash net USA , they tried to settle an amount over the phone and wouldn’t give me any paper information , and said I had 72 hours before they proceed with small claims , also I called cash net and of course they said they had no record of me EVER having a collection with them . Terrible.
His name was sabastian as well !
