These people claim I owe a loan from 2013. Theu want me to pay over the phone  $5k or I will be sued. I said ok, go ahead and take me to court. I have no record of this so called loan. He hung up

They called and said i owe 600 and wanted my credit card number and i said no when you show me proof of this then we can discuss payment and until then don't call me no more then they called my job and told me to call this number

Following is text of voicemail left on April 5.  My daughter and parents have also received calls.  Different approach to get in the door than the others reported on this site, but basically a scam that appears to be targeting elderly.

"This is Tracy Benjamin I'm contacting you today because your phone number and your address were found in public record as an emergency point of contact for a relative to XXXXXXXXXX. Now I have been trying to inform XXXXXX of his case that is in the process of being filed through XXXXXXXX County. If you wish to avoid any further action avoid any further involvement in XXXXXX's case and I was addition to tell XXXXXX to call the litigation office directly today before this case is been discharged to be filed. The office number that you provided is 866-441-6217. He needs to ask for the legal department and someone should be able to assist him further as of now I will be out today to locate XXXXXXXX dents(?) out at his place of residence for at his place of employment. I wish you both the best of luck. Because about the action(?) is scheduled to be take it on today. Good luck(?)."

Same old "you owe us money, we're going to find you" without any details scam. got the same "tracy Benjamin" message call. I've had "her" call before, and once she even bungled the script and had to call back (another message) with out the slip.

I received threatening calls too . Is this place for real
