Collection Company, on Hold for 30 minutes, person came on, could not find my phone number or name in their system, wanted my social #, which of course I didn't give.  They simply try to establish contact using your name......I am on a do not call list as well.

This is not CNI but UCB  (at least that's what they say)  Long history of debt scamming on 800notes.   Maybe they've turned over a new leaf but I doubt it.  Meantime, don't talk to them, don't return their calls.   Block their calls.

This "company" reportedly picked up my account from a collection company called "ValentineKebartaVKIPay". I had an agreement with Valentine to pay $50 a month on the 5th of the month. They missed this obligation January 5th and February 5th. I got a call today ( February 26th) to start payments again. This new collection agency wanted me to pay back payments previously missed by Valentine, which I am not obligated to do. After all, Valentine was not faithful to the agreement of $50 a month which was done as an auto payment on my checking account. I believe this new collection agency should re-establish payments on the 5th of the month, as previously established.
I spoke with a " Hosea Gonzales" who was very rude, belligerent and totally unwilling to listen at all.

You do know that Valentine and Kebartas is a scam debt collection outfit also don't you?

Called looking for husband. She sounded uneducated and like a scammer.
