I received a few calls from this company and my guess is that they are a collections agency.

I receive a call from this number everyday. The message goes something like "You have a message waiting for you Mr. #####" (only it's not my name) "to access your message call xxx-xxx-xxxx and press 9". I filed a complaint with the FCC today since they keep calling my cell phone.

Update from my Sept 18th post:

This number is a collection agency. The calls from this number increased from 1 to 3 or more calls a day in the past few days. It was the same message "This is not a sales call. There is an important message for you Mr X" (but it wasn't my name) "to receive your message press 9 now or call 866-441-8318". I called the number and explained to the rep that answered that their computer keeps calling my cell, I don't owe money to a collections agency, and I'm not the person in the message it plays. They were really nice, aplogized for the mixup and removed my number. I have not received a call since. If you receive a call from this number I suggest try calling it back and explain that their computer keeps calling you everyday.

For the past month, I kept on receiving phones calls from the number
866-441-8318 looking for a Carmen Roman.  They gave me the same message on my answer machine as listed in the message of BBB Sept 26, 2007. I called the number back and said they had no one listed as Carmen Roman. I explained that I keep receiving phone calls for this person.  He said that I wouldn't receive anymore calls.  FYI - 813-464-2350 AACC (Asset Acceptance Capital Corp) was a collection agency calling my cousin house looking for someone in Nevada.  These collections are getting out of hand.

I get Calls 5 times a day-stupid computer..I don't return them because they never tell me what it's about.

Junk and out of statute of limitation collectors. When they buy these "past due" debts that are written off for one reason or another they don't bother to check to see if the debt is legit. I was overcharged for 3 months on a phone bill in 2001. I moved and the phone company didn't disconnect the phone and didn't service the area I moved to. When I finally got my mail transferred I called the phone company on it and they wrote it off. So now People First is bugging me wanting me to pay it anyway. Word of advice to others that have this happen.........request written proof as to WHY a debt or portion of a debt is written off.
