I didn't get a call from this number either.  But I did get a charge for $2.27 on my credit card fraudulently on April Fool's Day (4/1/08).  I immediately called the credit card people & they closed my account & removed the charge off my account.  I also got more charges on that same credit card on 4/1/08 from other aliases of this same company with different phone numbers attached to them.  Other aliases are as follows:  866-249-1931 RisingSta & something called EAUCTION 8004900 & something called IP EAUCTION 800-497-4988.  RSLEARNING also tried to hit me for $80.54 repeatedly.  EAUCTION 8004900 TRIED to hit me for $39.95 repeatedly.  IP EAUCTION 800-497-4988 tried to hit me for $1.95.

According to the credit card company, this is supposed to be some dealer of children's software (both CD version & direct downloads).  They are in Boulder Colorado although one of the transaction line items on my credit card statement had the abbreviation for Utah on it also.  I got some address that shows them being in some industrial park in a nice building (who knows if that is true)...if they are really there, they must be ripping people off for a long time now to afford the rent on that building.  By the way, the credit card company actually reached someone there & they said that the merchandise had been shipped to my address, that didn't happen.  I never received any merchandise from anywhere or anyone.  Word to the wise, check your credit card statements carefully & report all charges that don't belong to you...even if they are small amounts.  We still have no idea how my card number got ripped off to begin with as I am not a person that uses a credit card hardly at all.  

This company definitely needs to be thoroughly investigated by the authorities.  Who knows how many stolen credit card numbers they actually buy every day from the theives.  I'm sure they are making considerable amounts of money on robbing all of us.

This organization,"IP EAUCTION" has charged my credit card twice for merchandise I never ordered nor received.  When I contacted the credit card company we made a conference call to the listed number and got someone who demanded to know who I was and to give them my telephone number.  I refused and was told they would do nothing and hung up. I then advised the credit card company, who was still on the line that I disputed all charges from the "MERCHANT".  We will see what happens.
