This number just called me and the caller seemed quite suspicious; did not leave company name.

I received a call from them today, as well... a woman named Daisy Logan called, left a message with a supposed case number saying that someone opened a claim and they needed an address to serve me at.  They also called friends whose numbers I've never given for any reason, trying to get my information.  She didn't leave the name of the company she was calling, nor the name of the person/entity filing a 'claim'.  She said she was trying to 'serve' me papers and ended the message with "you have been notified".  I called the number back after business hours, and the name is Goldstein and Associates.  They have the appearance (at least when you first call) of being an attorney office... I have no idea if they are legit or not... I have my doubts because any creditor I've dealt with has my address; there is no reason that i can't be 'served'... I would be very careful and know your rights when speaking to them.  I left a message stating that I demand that they cease and desist with the phone calls; any and all correspondence is to be done thru the mail and they are not to call my friends.  I am keeping a log in case they violate my demand, which I am sure they will do.  Good luck; let us know if you talk to them.

I got a call at work...but they did not say who they were or the name of the company - they left a claim number, this phone number and said they wanted to know who would be the responsible person to give info to have papers served to me.....

When this person was asked who was calling they said they are just a go between to get mediation....

Got a call from a man looking for someone not in my household or related to our phone number and said they needed to call this number back with  a retaining number. They didn't leave any company information and it sounded fraudulent.

I got the same call the left a message saying they needed my address to send paper. They called my sister five minutes later looking for me. If the can find my sisters number who lives in a different why can't they find my address themselves. Seems like a scam to me.

The man name is Jason Bradley & he is a [***], I use to work for them there located at 30 east Adams off Wabash, second floor. They are doing illegal things. I hope someone shut his [***] down, ain't nobody coming to your homes or work place people.
