Scam Scam Scam dont believe these people.

I have received calls from this number saying I owe more then $7,000 that needed to be paid immediately. They had some information of mine including an old bank account number from years ago. When you call the number, nobody knows who you are asking for, and if you ask the name of the company. They will hang up. They are fairly good and talking like they know what they are talking about. But very rude when you start asking any questions at all.. SCAM

I got calls from this number too, nobody knows what they are talking about when you call back, but they give you a reference number and the amount of $$ that you apparently owe TODAY...   The person I spoke with was Darryl Thomas, but nobody knows who he is and or are unable to connect you to voicemail when you call back.. SCAM

I just got a call from an unknown number and the guy said he was Steve that they have legal documents that they need to give me and asked the best time to come by. He confirmed the correct address and said they will come out tomorrow morning. After that, he told me that they have tried to give me these papers three different times for a court hearing on money I owe and to call this number (866-441-9601) and gave me a case number. I asked him whats the point if you are serving me tomorrow he said because this matter needs to be taken care of now and that he now does not know when they will be able to come by with the papers. Anything I asked him he really could not answer. I even asked who I owe, how much, and why because I have no debt and all he could say was call this number and they will help you, take care of the matter, and set up a time to give me papers.....SCAM SCAM SCAM

They said I got sued over an unpaid bill from US Bank and wanting to stop my by work place to drop off the legal document.
I also received these scam calls months back from same people.
These poor turds try so hard. but do I look stupid??

I got the same call a couple of months ago saying that I owed money to US Bank for an account that was overdrawn. Funny part is that I have never had account with US Bank. They called again today saying that they needed to give me legal documents and wanted to know when I would be around.  I told the guy that I was on to him and that he needed to lose my work number. Losers. SCAM SCAM SCAM!

I Just received A Restricted Call. I Usually Don't Answer Restricted But I Did This Time. He Said He Had Some Papers To Serve Me On Behalf Of ___________ (My Son's Name). I Couldn't Figure Out What He Was Saying. I Thought He Was Saying My Son Was Serving Me. My Son And I Have A Very Good Relationship So It Didn't Make Sense To Me. HE  Finally Said That He needed My Son To Call This Number Within 2 hours Because My Son Has Court In The Morning. I Asked For His Name Again And He Said That Just Give Them This Reference # And Anyone Can Help. I Called My Son All Worried That Something Bad Was Going On. (My Son Owns His Own Business So I Couldn't Figure Out What Was Happening) He Said It Was Just A Scam And Don't give Out Any Information. luckily I Didn't Give My Address out Or Anything Else.

I got multiple calls from these losers.  They came across as "unknown number" and I didn't answer any of them.  They called 6-7 times one right after another and I'd just ht ignore.  Finally left me a v.m. saying he was John Walker and I needed to call this number to discuss a complaint filed against me and pending action.  These [***]'s called before with this same number displaying.  Now they think that if they hide the number they'll fool me into answering.  I've reported this number numerous times.  Scum.  Now I'm going to report them to the FTC.  

After many calls which I never answered, they left a v.m. of the same things mentioned already.  I filed a complaint against them with the FCC and also filed a complaint with the Do Not Call Registry.

Someone name Stacy called me indicating there is a complaint and gave me a case number.  Told me that the matter was time sensitive and that she would be logging the call.  I called the number back and got a voice mail message with the company's name as Global Management.  I told them not to call me at work and if they needed to reach me to contact me via my home number.

please refrain from capitalizing the first letter of every word.  it's almost as hard to read as all caps.  If all caps is shouting, capitalizing every first letter would be yodelling

These ppl are scammers!!!!

She probably sent this from her cell phone, and hasn't adjusted the text setting (meaning that every word is capitalized).  I do agree - makes it hard to read!
