When I called the number they gave me back (866-449-1616) it said I was not eligible and hung up on me. Def sounds like a scam. This is what happens when the government takes something over - you information finds its way into nefarious hands.

She sounded very serious like there was a problem, most likely to scare people to fall for her scam.
