Not sure but they called me twice and didn’t say anything then hung up

My voicemail says it was received at 2:33 pm, but it came at 6:33 pm.  When not answered, leaves voicemail: "(words missing...pause in this message to allow you to take this message off speaker if necessary. This is Advance America calling about your outstanding loan.  We have an exciting settlement offer for you - 50% off your current balance. To make a payment today, please press 1; to speak to an agent to set up payment arrangements, please press two or call us back at 8 billion 664 million 493 thousand 196."

I have never done business with a cash-advance place and have no outstanding loans in dispute.

I have gotten same call every night since activating a new phone, but the last four numbers are always different.  A 330 area code covers nearby county, making it seem feasible that it is a legitimate caller.

PS - "8 billion 664 million 493 thousand 196" that is supposed to be a phone number comes out to be 866-449-3196.

New Number
All phone numbers are recycled.  No one gets rid of a number without a good reason since it a pain in the butt to notify everyone.  So now you know why the former owners got rid of that number.

They keep leaving a automatic voicemail everyday
