    They are calling because you owe them money, simple as that. However as said they don't need to call everyday or multiple times in the same day, that's harrasment. Suggestion, look up the Fair Credit Act and anything related. They are NOT allowed to call during work hours, no calls on weekends period. There are more things on that you may want to be aware of.

    Make sure you call them back to let them know they are in violation. If you never call them PERIOD that gives them the right to sue you.

    Again they absolutely CANNOT harass, threaten you in any fashion.

    I call them back just to see who it is & a lady answer saying
    "Thank You for Calling 'Continental Finance' Can I help you".
