This number has been calling me nonstop, calling my cousin's house saying there's a complaint for me in their legal office, they have documents i need to sign. they called me 7 times in the past 5 days giving 2 different numbers & the same guy calling with 2 different names. SCAM

they called me and threathed my mother severala about a payday loan they said it was civile charges pending. Very racist person.

Have been dealing with a Marcus and a John Russo from this number for over a week.  Said my daughter took out a Pay Day Loan (on line) over 4 years ago and now they (their group) IFG in Riverside, CA is wanting to collect.  I called PayDay and they have no record of my daughter or her supposed loan.  I told 'Mr. Russo' to go ahead and have papers served.  We will go to court if need be.  Sure sounds like a scam to me.  I have notes to substantiate the calls as well as recordings.

these people have called my place of employment and told the hr manager that a case is pending on me. I am not sure as to how they got my work information or my name.i dont knw want trouble i can possibilty get into with this with my job but i will be calling them and try to get their pysical address to send a do not contact cerified letter. They need to stop all this now.

This guy called my sister who has a listed home number in KC making claims to file criminal charges and "sue" me if I didn't contact them back with a claim number starting with dss-----. I reach them and they answer their phone extremely unprofessionally and start telling me about some supposed payday loan through a company called QC. Gave my old address in TX and the last four of my social security number and the last four numbers of my old checking account. This guy was trying to demand 600 plus dollars and want me to arrange to pay them in the next 3 months or it'd be turned over to the District Attorney's office in TX for criminal charges.....blah.....blah....blah.....etc. He almost had me until the tried to tell me I would be prosecuted in TX and if I don't show up, I was facing 2 years in jail and fines of up to 1000 dollars. So, I asked him if the loan was taken out in TX and he couldn't tell me for sure, just that his company is hired to collect on defaulted loans, but said the original loan was a payday loan for 400 (which I never borrowed on a "payday" loan, nor did I borrow anything in TX.) Someone's scamming and I told the guy to "bring it on.....I'm not afraid of the law" AND I'M NOT EITHER! PEOPLE LIKE THIS GUY SHOULD BE AFRAID THOUGH......!
