Called from Westfield 1-866-449-6930  and fax 951-729-3983 a past debt that has been paid..   Their collection tactics are boarder line FDCPA violations.   They have the verification department make the call-  3rd party processes serves (yeah right)  and advise they have failed attempts at contacting you and to call the issuing Agent Dept with the file number.  I STRONGLEY recommend that you do not let this company or any other use this scare tactics to frighten you into paying a debt you may not owe or past your state SOL.  Always ask for a VALIDATION of the debt in writing.  The Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the nation’s consumer protection agency, enforces the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), which prohibits debt collectors from using abusive, unfair, or deceptive practices to collect from you.

Got a call from a verification office telling me to call this #. I call and someone answers and does not even say what company they are calling from.  When I ask too many questions, she connects me to a Wendy Shelby from the litigation office who then claims her assistant is getting my file from the library. When I question her and asked for her address she gets loud and disrepectful.  MAKE IT STOP!!!

These people are a bunch of idiots.  They claim I owe on a payday loan in which I paid off 2 years ago.  They had most of my personal information, address, ss#, cell phone number, but my employer and date of birth were wrong.  I would not trust these people at all.  I would not pay this company one penny.  They are a total scam and break every law out there to scare people in order to get you to pay something you don't owe.

Can you tell me if this is the correct address?   I have also faxed them a Cease calling letter along with a letter for verification of the debt.  Faxed letter a week ago and still getting calls at my place of employment.

Do you have any more info on these people?  Like an address or fax number?  I am now getting calls at work and its getting ridiculous.

Do they have a PO Box?  Or is this mailing address where to send a Cease & Desist letter?  I have sent them a fax (twice now) and I did send a certified envelope to address you have given last Thursday -- I have not received my return receipt back yet.  THanks

The company is ran by ANNIE NELSON she does not sue anyone she put the above post up.  All she is really known for is stealing money from what ever company she is involved with.  She claims to be a religious
woman but really is a fat greedy woman who screws over her own family even. I think this is her 5th or 6th company she has tried to open usually she is out of business with in a year or so. I have worked for her 2 different times but have no intention of going back a third.  The address is 11993 Magnolia Ave #R RIVERSIDE CA 92503.  951-386-9901 /866-449-6931.  Her business partner is a dyke named Jerry Marsdon who claims to be training  to be a Preacher.  They use the bible to commit crime bottom line. FYI the homeland address is a PO BOX by Annie Nelsons house.

i also just rec'd 2 calls from this "westfield' company.  they askd me if i rec'd my summons.  i said for what.  they rattled off some pay day loan.. i asked them to fax paperwork with the atty's letterhead to me.  they came up w/every excuse in the book  i told them i would contact the atty generals office.   they don't care and neither do i  they will not get a red cent from me !!!!!

877-684-7854 is the number they use to call you but it is a bogus number and you cannot google it.  They are Westfield Portfolio Mgmt - collection agency. Fax them a cease and desist ltr at 951-729-3983

Anything I can do if I was stupid enough to pay them especially if they did what y'all r talking about.
