I received a call on my cell 866-449-7682 stating something about a check came to his office and  a legal action will be taken against me.
So it is a scam

same thing,same scam

voice message left from a "Private" number and the next day was from an "unknown" number.  Person stated  her name was Rebecca Moore, a private locator and the message was intended for my child.   she was contacting her for a formal complaint that came thru their office.  These allagations are attached to her social security number  and drivers licience.  At this point and time you or your attorney should make contact the plantiffs office within the next two hours.    If you fail to comply offical documents will be mail to your home or work place.  This is your offical notification.

I received several calls threatening legal action of I did not respond to their office immediately. I know this is a scam and the person identifying him or herself is never clear when saying their name.
