i bought new htc status i went through the problem regarding this set batrry problem internal memory low among all i cant send txt i can receive but cant send my msg center shows 2 digit less reat is same compare to other set n i cant change no matter howmanh times i click there is no link its default .pls help  i ned call from htc center i the above no cant b dialed withought county code...

Called HTC Customer Service due to constantly having technical issues with my device that my Service Provider can not permanently resolve. HTC is a FRAUDULENT SCAM! HTC does not resolve the technical issues either! All HTC tells the customers to do is go to their website & download/install their Sync Manager which is actually useless then HTC requires your personal e-mail address so they can send a confirmation. LIARS! So far, The only thing I have recieved from HTC is being flooded non-stop with junk/spam e-mails that have bogus e-mail addresses & websites on them! Another issue is the HTC System Updates, Some of them are infected with TROJAN! BEWARE!!! Always make sure there is a trustworthy Antivirus/Malware installed in ALL devices!!!

That is a good phone number. I called it with problems with my HTC and they didn't ask me to download anything. They helped me. Everything works great on my phone now.

My cellular phone company gave me this phone number to reach HTC to fix some audio problems on my phone. This is a good phone number. HTC did not ask me to download one thing and they help me with my phone and now it's working perfectly so I don't know what other people are complaining about. Also I have never gotten a virus a trojan or a bunch of email or anything.
