This company is operating a pay in advance fee scam.  Whether they are asking for "insurance" or "an advance on future payments" they are violating the law according to the Federal Trade Commission.  Although this company shows a NY address on their web site they are neither licensed or registered to do business in the state of NY according to the New York Department of Revenue.  If you have already sent them money prior to receiving the loan hold onto any documentation you have received from them and contact your State Attorney General's Office.  Also please go online at http://www.ic3.gov and file a complaint with the FBI on their Internet Crime Complaint Center web page.

I contacted them as they were and still today advertising in the SF Examiner here is SF Ca. they need to be stopped I called them around the 30th of Oct then called back around the 5th and they said yes you are approved then finally sent me some papers and said needed to buy ins policy to cover loan, when I got docs I contacted state of Illinois as it said ins policy issued by state of Chicago so you know that's not right, ad they have not heard of them. I also called various agencies in State of New York, and they can not locate them. They must be a real scam as they want you to wire money by Western Union to someone in Canada and they said then loan would be funded. I asked why the ins prem could not e taken out of loan proceeds they said oh don’t do that wail.  I never sent in money as don't have extra 975 to loose already lost my home and been living in hotel since Jan don't need any other scams. Someone needs to notify local papersw and authority  what they are doing.  Does anyone know if house for rent/purchase to buy in Daly City, San Francisco area without asking outrageous down payment that is why I was looking for this loan so that I can move?

I also was contacted by Penny Parker and I really doubt thats her real name, she said I was aproved for 5,000 at 7% fixed, payments of 156.68 for 36 months and first payment not due untill may 1st. I am glad I found this web site because I found it strange that I would have to send 975.20 for insurance before I recieve a loan!! And that anyone would ask me to fax a copy of my social security card!!! I also asked if I could get a copy of the contract before I send a fax with my drivers license, SS card and 2 pay stubs and she said she needs those first in order to send the contract and terms of the loan. All of this just did not seem right or ligitamate. They really need to be shut down before they rape too many more honest people out of thier money!!!

i got a call from a detroit lady saying a man from ny called her and wanted to advertise with her company. He gave her my name, credit card number including the 3 digits on the back and told her that i was the owner who lived in Maryland and he worked for me. He stole my identity and stole more than 2,500 dollars from my credit cards. He is claiming to help people get loans by stealing personal info. from them and using it elsewhere. please stay away from this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

my name is bob, and I applied for a loan almost 2 years ago. They wanted money upfront, so I sent them the money. It went to some ontario address. I called this company back to cancelland they said it would take 3 weeks. I never received my money. When I called them back, there was no answer. This company is not a legit business.
