this sorry ass lady calls by the name of monique fraiser called and left threatens messages on my voicemail 2 to 3 times this morning. Good what an idiot i just turned it over to my local authorities and they are looking into it. Really how pathetic is this wanna be process server telling me i did fraud charges. Hello She is the one doing fraud so i reported her this to the ftc and to my local authorites and now all calls have been recorded and they are now blocked. So now i dont have to listen to these scammer threathening me telling me i am going to be arrested and that they have a court summons and if i want to get it all taking care of then i need to call them at this number 866-450-2759 with case number 331 blah blah blah. Good try idiots. Try threaten me with coming to my work go ahead i dont work there anymore hahahaha. & try to come to my residents and see what will happen. get a life MONIQUE FRAISER WHAT A PATHETIC NAME FOR AN EASTERN LADY.... WHEN I CALLED THIS NUMBER 866-450-2759 I WAS TOLD TO CALL WITH CASE #331 BLAH BLAH BLAH AND WHEN I DID THEY HAD NO CASE NUMBER ON FILE AND THEY WANTED ME TO GIVE THEM MONEY FOR SOMETHING I DID NOT DO IN THE FIRST PLACE AND WHEN I TOLD THEM THAT THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE THEY STARTED GOING OFF AND THEN WHEN I TOLD THEM THAT THEY ARE BEING RECORDED SO I CAN PASS IT ON TO MY LOCAL AUTORITIES AND TO THE FTC AND TO THE FBI THEY HUNG UP. JUST SO EVERYONE KNOWS DONT LET THESE IDIOTS SCARE YOU CAUSE 1 THEY CANT THREATEN YOU AND NUMBER 2 THEY CANT INVOLVE  POLICE IN THEIR MESSAGE OR THE STATE OF WHERE YOUR FROM. SO DONT WASTE YOUR BREATHE I USED TO BE A PRIVATE INVESTIGATOR AND IT'S AN INTERNET SCAM FROM EASTERN PEOPLE USING AMERICAN NAMES AND TRYING TO SCAM YOU TO GET MONEY FROM YOU SAYING THAT YOU MADE FRAUD CHARGES AND ETC. REALLY I USED TO BE A PRIVATE INVESTIGATOR IDIOTS. SO JUST KNOW I HAVE ALOT OF CONNECTION YOU HAVE MESSED WITH THE WRONG PERSON.... SO MONIQUE FRAISER GET A LIFE CAUSE YOU DONT SCARE ME PERIOD AND JUST KNOW I HAVE ALOT OF CONNECTION WITH ALOT OF PEOPLE.

Joe Banks gave me two hours.  This is the fourth time they have told me they are sending a process server.  Calls from a blocked number, then I should call back 866-450-2759.

I can tell you that this is a scare tactic used by a company called Payday Loan yes, also known as First National and USA Cash Express.  They are an unlicensed, illegal lender and will do anything to collect money from you that you do now owe. There are many cease and desist orders as well as court cases against them in various states.

best course of action is to ignore them, or get something like Call Trap to find out where they are really calling from.  Then report them to the FTC.

Unfortunately, you can't stop them because no one can locate them.  Your best course of action is to completely ignore them.  don't even call them back to tell them they are a fraud.  if they get no response from you, they will give up.

Reported them to state attorney generals office and ftc. Received like 20 calls from them in one hour. They r good cuz they somehow got family and friends numbers. But ftc said not to worry.

The idiot just tried to call me again.  This time I answered.  I asked him why he thought after I didn't fall for his scam 4 times, why would I fall for it a fifth time?  I hung up on him and HE ACTUALLY CALLED BACK!  this time I told him I waited for him all day the last time he called and left a message that he'd see me in two hours.. I even made coffee and it got cold.  Next time I'll tell him to meet me at the courthouse.

By the way, the voice I heard that claims to be a process server is the SAME VOICE as Mr. Hatton from Payday Loan Yes.  What a Joke!!

On a good note, their sites are all closed down.  Several state AG's have filed lawsuits and Cease and Desist.  Just ignore these guys or have fun with them!

just received a call from Martin debt collector for St. Armands Group, said I needed to pay 1900. for 2 loans that I received.  I don't remember getting two loans from this group.  I have in the past received payday advances though.  He said I signed the documents online of course and that I needed to pay this money today.  I told him I didn't have it so he told me a process server or the state police would be serving me court papers.  When I asked if I could make payments even though I don't remember the loans he told me he could do a settlement offer for 997.00 if I paid today.  I told him I didn't have the money.  So he said I would get my court papers.  What makes it worse is that he called my parents house looking for me said he got their number from my application.  Now I'm scared and so are they.  What should I do?
