received call from this numer says their CitiBank, i do have a mortgage with citibank but everytime they call they call from a different number and they call about 3 times a day

Received a voicemail at 6:53am from this number today, on my work phone!  Sounded like a pre-recorded message, meant for someone named Kathleen (not my name).  He just said his name was David and he was calling regarding "a personal business matter" and asked me to return his call at this number, extension 11998.  He didn't even identify the name of his company.  I'm not planning on calling him back.

I get enough spam/phishing in my email; I don't need it on my work phone as well.  If this number really belongs to Citigroup, I don't have business with them anyways.

A man in a police uniform with a badge(normal Ford Explorer) showed up to our house today to hand deliver a letter from CitiFinancial Mortgage with my husbands name - no account info with instructions to call a generic number with no reference to a contact person or extension. The logo is low resolution and copied - I can tell I'm a graphics designer. The address is 1111 Northpoint Drive Coppell, Texas 75019. My mother was near the door so the man knew I was not home alone. We are NOT behind on our mortgage and have never been. This is must be just a telemarketing scam??? I was also worried that this was some serial killer because once I saw the badge I SO WILLINGLY AND IMMEDIATELY OPENED THE DOOR! Maybe this stupid letter was his cover incase I wasn't alone. My husbands name was also hand written on the envelope.
