It is a  Gap Visa activation number.  It will NOT let you get to a human. It tells you to call the number on the back of the card.  But I do not have an account  there.  I looked it up and found it and  got 1-866-450-4467

Even then it is hard to get to a human. It asked for my account, i do not have one, then my ssn, but I have NO account there.  I said stolen card operator. And I got connected. At first she said there was nothing she could do that someone must have had my number before me. I said I have had this number for 12 years. So she finally got a supervisor to do something.

But you can use  1-866-450-4467 to get to a person.

this is the number given to me (in a voicemail msg left on my mobile)  to call to activate a GAP Visa card  - I have no acct with GAP, nor have I applied for one; I have a feeling its a scam originated from spam email. The call comes on my mobile phone - a number given only to family and friends. I've not talked to anyone at the number but I'd like to know how they got my info.

I have their credit card but moved away before receiving it, so I called- India- and they arranged to send it.  Thanks for giving me a sidestep away from the robocall.

I got a random call from this number and when I picked up there was nobody there so I came here to find out what it is.
