If someone is calling asking for your "minor" son, that's a hint right there that there is someone ELSE using your son's Social Security Number.  Run a free credit report using his SS #, I'll bet you'll find something.  When you do, you'll have to write to all 3 major credit reporting companies with the proof that your son is a minor and they will remove the "bad credit."  Believe me, I know, I've been here, done that.  With all the illegal aliens stealing American identities these days, I can practically guarantee your son's SS# is being used by these cretins in a NUMBER of different states!  DON'T LET THEM GET AWAY WITH IT!

Called me in the evening demanding I call him back about a company I do not own. He was very rude and demanding I call him right back with threats. I have been advised to have no contact with them.

866-454-0588 would call my cell phone and no one would be there.  When I called the number they said they would remove my number from their calling list.  Time will tell.  They wanted someone who no longer had my number.

The people called me and leave weird crinkly sounded music. Someone was singing something about I love you and it is freaking out my family. I don't like it myself ; but I don't answer. I think something needs to be done about it though because that is just nuts. No one should be doing that.

They call me twice a day and have been for a couple of days in a row.  No message. I haven't picked up.

Got a random call from them saying nothing and just hung up hope they dont call again the way its sounding

This number has shown up on my called ID for quite a while.  Even if I answer the phone before the third ring there is dead air.  Today I was fed up with the no answering and returned the call.  This is a fishing for a collection agency.  The rude gentleman I spoke with had the nerve to state this number was to a credit agency and started giving me information on one of my children.  I told him to remove my number since thier company as to his own admission was using an "automated phone system hung that hung up after so many rings". When I confronted him on dead air and hanginug up even answered on the second ring he got a little rude. In short I advised him to remove the number from his system.

I seem to be getting the same treatment as a lot of other people dealing with this toll-free number. If you answer before the three rings, there is dead air. I have been getting this phone call twice a day for months.

i suggest for anyone to register your phone number at the do-not-call-registry  >>  www.donotcall.gov/

this is a government website, by law any company which calls you after you are registered (for at least 31 days) can be fined for calling you.

if they call you again, TELL them you are registerd at the DNCR and that you request to be removed from their list.
if you are registered for more than 31 days go ahead and file a complaint. just follow the link on the site and fill out their form, it's very easy.

I get a call to my cell phone everyday at 2:00 PM that leaves no messaage...

I call them back and hang up like they do--everyone should keep doing that--if enough do-they will change their number

Calls my cell phone several times a month.  Never leaves voice mail, or either line goes dead when I answer.  I'm fed up with this number calling on my private cell phone.  I do not believed this should be allowed.  I pay for my phone minutes they do NOT and I do not want unsolicited calls. It's not RIGHT how our private numbers are given out or displayed when we do not want them to be.  We, as Americans have a RIGHT to our privacy.

Just got 2 phone calls different numbers from this same company . I missed the first call and called it back . Couldn't get through . The second call was on my cell phone . I called it back . And they said that they had no record of even calling my number ! WTF , are they serious ? And acted as if I was the one that was out of line . Because they couldn't see where THEY called me . They said it must have been a miss dial . Aren't all telemarketing calls , on auto dial ?

You are right to an extent . But when you are working here ILLEGALLY and using someone else's identity ILLEGALLY , and NOT paying taxes .But yet using food stamps and other handouts . And I can't get help with medical . And I work , pay taxes but yet make too much , and can't afford to use what I pay taxes for ....... Then we have the right to be pissed off !

This is Capital Management, a collection agency.  They call my home every day, but I'm at work so I never answer.  The caller ID says Cabinet Management, but it's really Capital.  I owe some money to Chase Bank, and this is the scumbag they turned it over to for collections.

They called me since earlier this week. NO messages. I finally spoke with woman, and she is saying they are calling on the behalf of my bank. They have all my information, such as my address, contact numbers and bank account ... etc. My case was done legally before they complaine me. In the middle of  conversation, she switched to a man suddenly, and he explained me about my case little bit. But I don't know why they picked my case up again, even there is done already!
