Received 5 calls from this number in 4 hours! No messages, no one there when answered. My cell phone display shows UNKNOWN. Who is it? If you need to talk, leave a message!

Just got a call from this number, person was telling me my application with a wireless service provider has been decliened and some blah blah..

They have called my house 14 times today alone and there is no one on the other end. When we try to call them back either the circuits are all busy or there is nothing no ring no voice no nothing what can we do about this as citizens....absolutly NOTHING and your phone carrier will say so sorry not our problem what the hell is up!!! WE try to fight these rip off jerks and we never win.

I've received dozens of calls to my cell phone from these idiots during work hours.  I can't pick up the phone, so it goes to voicemail.  I tried calling back and I get piano music for a very long time.  I just hung up - I'm not going to spend anymore precious minutes.

I keep receiving calls from this number at work, but either I pick up and no one is there, or it goes to voicemail and they never leave a message.

I keep getting clls from this number. It drops dead the moment I answer. When I call it back it says lines are busy.

call from AT&T Call service center from some other country.

i get calls from this number 4 or 5 times a day on my cell phone and when i answer, no on is there.  i call back and it never dials out, just hangs up on me.  how do i get this to stop?  really starting to tick me off.

Keeps calling after I was turned down by Cingular cell service.  After tracking them down have called and twice told them to quit calling but they still do.  Very irritating and bothersome.  I am on both the state and federal no call list and they continue to call unsolicited anyway.  

Hung up in my ear...Hate it....what is going on I see numerous other people have received phone calls from this number....????

Got a call from this number today. Did not answer. Anymore I can tell when it's a telemarketer or a scammer (what's the difference really?) but i research the number anyways. On the Do Not Call. What do these people get about Do NOT Call List?

Been receiving these calls for three days now.  From  1-866-454-1945 as well as 1-866-454-7853.  They never leave a message if I don't answer.  if I do answer all I get is a click and a dial tone.  When I try to call back either number I just get a song, just the musical part.  I actually stayed on the line for 5 minutes and the song just continued.  This is getting annoying.  
I read from others saying something about a wireless app. being denied.  I have had no apps for ANYTHING sent in to anywhere.  So I don't know that that would bet he cause.

what the heck is this, we keep getting calls from this number.  it just hangs up, and when you call it back, just music in the backround. this needs to stop

i just cant figure this out, but i guess i am calling my phone company to have this number blocked from calling my number.

I have been getting calls from this number for the last 3 years now.  Amazing how you all have the same information up and even more amazing that no one can do anything about it?  Just simply amazing!  But alas...I too get different answers from this number...

1. Once Automated call AT & T and no live body on the end but did ask specific info that I wasn't giving out unless I spoke to a live body.
2. Piano muic playing whether I answer the call OR call it back
3. No live body on the end, just dead silence.
4. The number in question never leaves a message.
5. Calling back SOMETIMES jusut rings and rings or it picks up and the piano music.
6. Once a car dealership called from it. Don't recall the name but not your normal every day houshold name.
7. The number in question calls SEVERAL times a day all through the night time too! Bill collectors no better than to do that!


Mind you all this has been on going for the last 3 years at my place of employment.  

Personally I think and honestly beleive a scam is at place here, I suppose it is just a matter of time when the person(s) catches the right person to do thier evil deed.

Just ignore the call all togeher.  Obviously if they really wanted your attention they would leave a message, but even then with all these complaints even then, I wouldn't bother with it!  Just change your number, they can call my work all they want.  It doesn't bother me.  No message, no call back.  Simple.

Oh, FYI--it dosen't matter if you on the DO NOT CALL list.  If you put your number down on ANY application, ANYWHERE even the interent, your number can still be traced and sold.  

I know, I learned the hard way.  Totally sux!

Annoying telemarketing call to "just confirm your details" which, if you do, essentially allows them to bill you for a listing in "The Yellow Pages". They are not your local telephone company, nor are they associated with it in anyway. I would imagine that the people who receive a call, but are not business' will get hung up on. I'm on a do not call list, but that doesn't seem to bother these people.
