Asked for Leslie's supervisor. Man came on line and told my wife "Please,before you hang up, could you do something for me? Go F--- yourself." What is their business model?

they keep calling then when they do say something it is something nasty told  me they want to F**k me

calls but doesn't leave a message. Annoying and no one I know.

this is a collection service which gives ALL collection services a bad name .. . totally disgusting, from their pathetic use of technology to the rudest, nastiest agents I've ever encountered.

This MUST be addressable by the FCC--- PUT THESE IDIOTS OUT OF BUSINESS

Calls my at every day like 939 205 1008. Some times after this call.

This is a debt collector, Monarch Recovery Management, Inc., 10965 Decatur Rd., Philadelphia, PA  19154, Phone (215) 28-7500.

Tammy of Monarch called.  She got quite rude when I told her she had the wrong person. How can we stop debt collection calls when they don't even have the right people??

Some thing needs to be done.  If the PA. Atty Gen can't stop them are the FTC what is a person to do.  They call everyday about 8:10 am and say if I am not the person hang up but the call again the next day and that is stupid .

Add my frustration to to list of people receiving calls from Monarch that have the wrong person.  I've told them several times they have the wrong number but it just falls on deaf ears.

Automated caller leaves message on the answering machine saying that by listening to the call, I verify that I am "____". Then proceeds to tell ___ to call them ref. acount number ___. They do not know or care who is listening to the message.  

This type of call is why I have caller ID.  We do not answer calls from numbers we do not recognize.  If we recognize them as they leave a mesage, we can answer.  Telemarketers, collectors, solicitors, and other beggers, wise up!!!!

This number comes in as a Toll Free Service number on my caller ID as 866-545-6490
Called everyday and leave this message "This phone call is for (my name), if this is  (my name) you acknowledge that you are (my name), if this not (my name) please hang up. If you are (my name) please go to a quite place not around crowd to due this recording is private and convental to (my name), there will be a 3 second pause." It continue to say "This a debit collector, any information (so on  and so on) please call Monaut at 1-866-454-" end of messsage.
They don't mention their company number.
Like people mention before in these complaints, we don't answer no Toll Free Service numbers, Unkown Name - Unknown Numbers, Cell phone we do not know.

calls everyday, on voice mail says "we are calling for ...." and it is not my name. The one time I answered & asked to be removed from the calling list, the person just said okay and hung up. I have had several calls from the number since

This is a bill collection service for my brothers wifes brother.  He never pays his bills and these guys found our phone number somehow.  When you call the 866-454-6490 a lady from India tells you this is Monar (really Monarch) and please leave a name and a number where they can reach you at. I read the posting above about being located in PA, but the people who do the talking sure sound like they are from India.

Like most of you I don't answer telephone numbers I don't recognize. They never leave a message. I just got a new phone and it has a function built in that allows you to block unwanted callers. Peace on earth!... well in our home anyway!

This number has been calling me everyday morning around 8 am - 9am. They are the worst stalkers I have encountered. I spoke with them once saying they have the wrong person, still they are continuing this nuisance.  Hope somebody could do something to give it back to them.

I had this exact message on my voice mail a few days ago looking for a person who doesn't reside at our home. In fact, I have never heard of this person. I just called the number back and told them to please stop calling my home that its a wrong number. The man was actually polite.

This is a scam. They are are a foreign group of con artists pfishing for identity data to steal from you or sell your identity globally. They make up a name and call looking for somebody you will have never heard of to engage you in conversation. They incessantly call in the hopes of getting a sliver of information from you. They will be reported to government authorities Monday. If they call you again report them to the FBI. What garbage they are trying to pawn themselves off as actual human beings.
